Robert became my executive coach four years ago when he engaged with my nonprofit organization as a volunteer coach through his work as a Founding Partner of Social Venture Partners Chicago. He immediately connected with the thrill of our work, the incredible talent we are nurturing in our community college scholars, and the challenges of growing and maturing a non-profit organization stuck in the start-up phase.
